USA (Arizona) Document Microfilming Services

RFP ID: DE-0538

Government Authority located in Arizona; USA looking for expert vendor for Document Microfilming Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Document Microfilming Services for around 500-1000 per month for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall for a two years from May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2014.
(3) Vendor should pick up and deliver all documents.
(4) Vendor should also scan the cards, index the data, conversion of cards to digital format.
[C] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in our office location.
[D] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
