(1) Vendor needs to provide after hours and emergency Telephone Answering Services for government authority.
(2) Contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for four additional one year periods.
(3) The estimated total value of the contract for one year is $20,000.
(4) Vendor should answer, screen and handle all calls that come from telephone line during following time period:
- Monday to Friday: 4:20 pm to 8:00 am
- Each weekend: 4:20 pm to 8:00 am
- On Holidays: 4:20 pm on the day preceding the holiday to 8:00 am on the day following the holiday

Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
