USA (Virginia) Offsite General Transcription Services

We are Virginia; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Urgent Offsite General Transcription Service.

[A] Notice Type: RFP (Request for Proposal)

[B] Budget: Looking for Proposals

[C] Scope of Service:

(1) The digital recordings will be delivered to the vendor via secure electronic means or on CD via overnight delivery. (Too large to send in e-mail)
(2) Turn-around Time - Transcriptions shall be returned within 7 working days.
(3) The annual estimate of recordings needing transcription is approximately 2000 hours.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
[E] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[F] Deadline to Submit Proposals: August 12, 2010
